    Why does WebEx need my complete address, job title and about 10 other pieces of information before allowing me to view the webcast? Isn't an e-mail address sufficent for a first contact with a potential prospect (actually, I am alrady a customer of WebEx)? Looks like WebEx needs a better understanding of online marketing :-)
