Duct Tape Marketing: Naming Your Stuff Makes It Feel More Important

Brad Isaac · 3 years agoI like this idea and have started trying it. Some of the "naming" that stick out to me in marketing is when someone makes up a contradictory saying. Such as when they say something like "Use the 'gentle-strongarm' technique to convince your customer to buy. Or use "our verbal ju jitsu technique" to win any argument.
