@MarketingTwins-Randy we just launched a twapp that shows tweets about the weather and allows users to search by location. We'll be happy to add a simple "search by location" to the next version of Tweeteorology. Other suggestions are welcome as well.

@Joe - just create a twitter account - it's free and you don't ever have to be a twitter kind of guy to have it. no this site is not affiliated with twitter other than as an active user.

Twitter will not let me play with their name search feature unless I have an account although their general search feature (search text of tweets) is open to all. I'd like to play with it but I'm not a twitter sort of dude. BTW, I note you have a twitter ID field in the comments section. Is this site now affiliated with twitter?

Search.twitter.com is the most under utilized tool in Social Media. Most new comers to Twitter never even try out the search leaving them in the dark.
